Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item
that you ordered in stock, we will make every effort to contact you. Otherwise we include an out-of-stock notification card when we ship your
order and alert you in your shipping notification email. You will not be charged for any items not shipped. If we have a question about

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within 15 days from original
purchase with or without a receipt. Items may be returned for any other reason
within 7 days from the date of purchase with an original receipt. Refunds will be
issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange. Returning or
Exchanging Items by Mail
To return an item by mail, complete the return authorization form and enclose it in the
package with your return items. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not
accept C.O.D. deliveries. Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place
the order or send you a refund check. If you would like an exchange, let us know what you want
by filling in the exchange portion of the return form. We will pay the costs for shipping
the exchange order. Send returns to: We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or if the item sent is

Returning Items to our Store
You can return your order to our store in person. Please make sure to bring the original invoice, the credit card used for the original purchase.
On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please
allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. From time to time, Todays Kid will run online promotions that are only available on-line. Likewise we will run in-store specials that will not be on-line. We do match prices available on other website with reason.
